Design stops being a series of small emergencies and starts running like a department. Today every brief restarts the process: request a quote, wait for availability, explain the brand again, approve the cost, then chase it. Druff replaces that with a design department on retainer: a senior team that already knows your brand, one visible queue you prioritise, and every brief back within 24–48 hours of starting, for one predictable monthly fee. One job is in production at a time; when two need to move at once, you add a second slot.
Nothing is rushed. The brand is already studied, the templates are already built and the team
already knows your company, so a brief that would take a week of quoting and explaining takes 24–48 hours of
production. Your ad set, your sales deck and your onboarding pack all come out looking like one company.
Smarsh call us “truly considered core members of our marketing team.”

Each dot is a hold-up. Watch the sweep clear them.
What’s waiting costing you?
A campaign that slips two weeks costs two weeks of pipeline.
An ad set that runs stale for a month costs you more on every lead. A proposal a
sales rep builds in PowerPoint on Thursday night costs the deal. And you can’t promise
anyone a date. None of it shows up as a design cost.
All of it is one, and it’s usually bigger than R50 000 a month.
You set the priorities; we keep them moving. Anyone in your company queues a brief in Druff HQ,
our client portal, and watches it move: what’s in production, what’s next, when it’s due.
Briefs are worked in the order you set, you approve each one, the next starts. No hourly billing. No scope
meetings. No chasing. One job is in production at a time; add a second slot when two need to move at once.
01
Brief
Drop the request into Druff HQ. Two lines and a link is enough.
02
Plan
You or your brand manager adds a detailed brief and adds it to your queue. You see when it starts.
03
Create
Your job enters production and the 24–48h clock starts. A designer who already knows your brand builds it.
04
Refine
Feedback goes into the same job. Revisions are included. A new direction is a new brief.
05
Deliver
Senior-checked, in the formats you need. Your slot moves to the next brief.
No more waiting oncompany profiles.
One monthly fee, one team, one queue. The work keeps moving, every department
looks like the same company, and you always know what’s next.
Twenty-five years of it
Work that went out while someone else was still waiting on a quote.
Everything your brand needs, from one team that already knows it.
Marketing, sales, HR, leadership, events and internal comms
all brief the same team, and everything below runs through your queue. Bigger projects (a rebrand, a full
website redesign, an intranet, product and packaging) are quoted separately, fixed price with a delivery
date, at 10% off for retainer clients.
Three months to start, because that’s how long it takes to study your brand and set up your templates properly. After that, month to month with 30 days’ notice. Sign up for 12 months and you pay for 11. Onboarding is once-off and not refundable.
A 24-hour brief is five ad variations, a job ad set, an email layout or a trade show banner. A 48-hour brief is a sales proposal, a ten-slide board deck, an onboarding pack or a brand guideline update. Anything bigger (a full website redesign, a rebrand, an intranet, product and packaging) is quoted separately, fixed price, with a delivery date, at 10% off for retainer clients.
You name one queue owner. Anyone in the company can send a brief; only the owner reorders the queue. Everyone can see where their job sits and when it starts.
Add a second slot. Two slots means two jobs in production at the same time, and it takes you to R75 000 a month. Add it whenever the queue needs it; drop it with 30 days’ notice.
A 24-hour brief that jumps the queue and starts within four working hours. Two a month per slot are included. Extras are R5 000 each, subject to availability, and your brand manager tells you straight away if one can’t be fitted in.
Yes. We have been designing and building websites since 2001, and we handle the whole job in-house: layout and user experience, design, development, content loading, search engine setup, hosting and ongoing maintenance.
A new website or a full redesign is quoted separately, at a fixed price with a delivery date, and retainer clients get 10% off. Landing pages, campaign pages and new website sections can be designed in your slot.
The finished files are yours to use however you like. Working files, templates and licensed fonts or images stay with us; they’re the reason a job takes 24 hours instead of three days.

Your brand, always moving
Let’s worktogether.
From R50 000 a month, live in a week. One fee covers the whole function: a senior
team, your own brand manager, the Brand Study, senior quality control, cover for leave, Druff HQ and the
capacity to keep your queue moving. If your first brief isn’t delivered within 48 hours of your slot
going live, onboarding is free. Twenty-five years in, and clients like Chaos Theory have stayed for twenty
of them. Tell us what’s stuck; we’ll tell you honestly whether a retainer is the right answer.
You tell us what’s sitting in the queue and where it gets stuck; we show you what would already be moving by Friday. If a retainer isn’t the right fit, we’ll say so and point you somewhere better.
